The
BlackBox network appliance works extremely well. We bought one
of the original BlackBoxes, and recently purchased a larger one
to better meet rapid expansion needs. The
BlackBox installations were seamless. What's really fantastic about
the BlackBox network appliance is that we're not saving any information
on our computer hard drives. Everything is stored on the BlackBox,
- it not only protects our network, but should any one of our computers
fail we do not lose any data.

I didn't want to spend the money on
a BlackBox Network appliance, but I'm glad I did. The BlackBox
network appliance does everything it's suppose to do. As the Owner/President
of a large real estate office with 75 users using our network,
we were experiencing really slow network speeds and down-time.
As it turns out, many users were downloading non-work files such
as mp3s, programs and visiting websites that had nothing to do
with real estate.
Thanks to the BlackBox Network Appliance, I have complete Internet
control. Once I was able to filter out those offending files
and websites our network speed increased drastically and I believe
our agents are much more focused on the real estate tasks at
hand.

I wanted to
thank you for recommending that we install “the
blackbox”. At
first, I did not want to spend the money. However,
after all the problems we were having with virus’s
and individual systems crashing we installed the blackbox.
Now, we can count on reliable internet access; better
control of internet access to prevent people surfing inappropriate
web sites; the ability to monitor who and what internet sites
are being visited and most important, it has more then repaid
for itself. We
have a cost effective solution for a file server and a firewall
all in one box.

Before Keller Williams Referred
Realty installed the BlackBox, our Server was crashing several
times a day due to overflow and incorrectly configured ports.
Agents were having problems constantly in logging into the PC
and their laptops, and people were really frustrated about our
computer systems and a lot of agents were threatening to leave
our company. However, after we have installed the BlackBox technology,
our production/productivity has skyrocketed 4 times and we have
not had one single Server crash/failure since Aug 2004. In addition,
it also gives us the freedom and flexibility to monitor each
agent/staff and have total control over their internet access,
etc. Thus, I am highly recommend your firm to install this BlackBox

are very pleased with the BlackBox. It is almost non-existant since
it never needs our attention. We have been running
the BlackBox as our network server since August 2003 and have
not had any problems with it. It is efficient,
quiet, maintenance free, and takes up very little space. We
